SC3Kpak is a little program which extracts game settings from SimCity 3000 data file Sys.PAK, and allows you to alter them. Of course, you need to have Windows 95/98/NT (or probably any other Win32 version which supports long filenames) to run it.
Currently, you can download SC3Kpak from a French web server only. Choose your preferred version :
You need an additionnal program to extract the program for the ZIP file (like WinZip).
